On a sunny Friday afternoon, Dacorum played Stevenage in a highly anticipated Hertfordshire League match. With both teams playing each other in the Shires Cup Final in May, there was an added incentive for Dacorum to send out a message to Stevenage about what they would have to face in that final.
Dacorum didn't disappoint. With a solid 7-0 win and goals from seven different players, Stevenage will certainly have their work cut out containing Dacorum in the Shires Cup Final. Goals from Harry B, Matheos, Kofi, Louie, Adam, Harry Mc and Matt sealed a strong win for the boys in blue. The clean sheet especially pleased Dacorum shot stopper, David and the rest of his defenders, who haven't conceded a goal in 9-a-side league or cup games since 16th October 2013.
